As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to lead a dedicated team, focus on individual and team goals, and enhance overall store operations. You'll collaborate with training teams, establish objectives, and ensure that all team members uphold the highest standards of professionalism. Customer service is paramount in this role, ensuring a memorable shopping experience at our retail location.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Store Manager in developing the store team
• Establish clear objectives for team performance
• Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed
• Collaborate with HR on employee development
• Assist in other duties as assigned by Store Manager
