Your New Company A well-established boutique law firm specializing in insurance defence with offices across Ontario is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant/Law Clerk to join their team in Downtown Toronto. Known for delivering exceptional client service and maintaining a collaborative work environment, this firm offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and supportive setting. In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal administrative support to lawyers handling Accident Benefits files. Preparing and drafting legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings. Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Law Clerk in insurance defence, with a focus on Accident Benefits. Solid understanding of the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS) and related procedures. Proficiency in legal software and MS Office applications. Competitive salary of $55,000 – $65,000 , plus benefits. 2 days in office, 3 days remote . Opportunity to work with a respected law firm that values professional growth.
