You'll work closely with children to enhance their life skills while working under a proven support framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote the well-being and security of children
• Serve as a reliable role model and mentor
• Support with household routines and food preparation
• Encourage youth participation in local activities
• Keep detailed and organized records of care
Requirements:
• Full UK driving license required
• Compassionate and patient demeanor for youth engagement
• Ability to communicate effectively in strained situations
• Willing to pursue funded QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare
• Availability for flexible work hours, including sleep-ins
