Must be able to complete required paperwork and filing with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to observe resident's behavior and to communicate observations in a professional and intelligent manner. Physically capable of turning, stooping, bending, stretching, and moving equipment and performing other related tasks. Be able to assess nursing care given by yourself and non-professional staff members. be able to identify problems and or need for improvement. Be able to collect data from resident, family and significant others, health care providers, individuals, and or agencies in the community. Assist with the orientation of new employees.
