This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to take on leadership responsibilities, oversee day-to-day restaurant or cafeteria operations, and support staff in delivering quality food and service in a fast-paced environment. Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff during shifts Ensure food preparation and service meet company standards for quality, safety, and presentation Train, schedule, and support employees to maintain efficient operations Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed Handle customer inquiries and resolve service or quality issues promptly Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with food safety regulations Assist in opening and closing duties, cash handling, and recordkeeping Minimum 6 months of experience in a supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry Functional English or French language proficiency (CLB 5 or higher recommended) Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety practices Competitive hourly wage: $19.00 – $22.00 Tips and overtime pay depending on employer and location Full-time, permanent positions with potential for career advancement Immigration Support For eligible candidates already in Canada, immigration support can be availed in the following forms: LMIA applications to support new or extended work permits Guidance for transitioning to Permanent Residency through: Provincial Nominee Programs (OINP, AINP, BCPNP, MPNP) Subject Line: “Food Service Supervisor Application” Hirez Manpower Solutions Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
