This role offers you the chance to lead two industrial businesses specializing in metal fabrication and pipe processing. You will supervise approximately 60 employees, develop operational standards, and promote a strong team culture. Your leadership will ensure efficient, safe, and profitable facility operations while fostering employee development and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee ASME welding, cold/hot bending, and blasting operations
• Establish and monitor KPIs for production efficiency
• Develop processes and reporting structures to enhance accountability
• Coach and build a strong team culture among department leads
• Manage equipment safety and facility maintenance
Requirements:
• Experience in industrial manufacturing or metal fabrication
• Proven background managing production teams and operations
• Strong technical foundation in trades and engineering
• Track record of process improvement and accountability
• Hands-on leadership style with problem-solving skills
