In this full-time role, under close supervision, you'll engage in order fulfillment, customer communication, and relationship building. Key tasks include managing incoming calls, entering orders, and negotiating sale prices within set parameters. Your attention to detail and organization will directly influence Motion Industries' gross profit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to basic customer inquiries about products
• Place customer orders via telephone, fax, or email
• Adjust non-contract pricing to enhance competitiveness
• Maintain inventory levels by ordering necessary items
• Expedite and process customer returns as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 0-3 years of related experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Moderate computer proficiency for order management
• Good driving record and reliability preferred
