Lead strategy, financial analysis, and value creation work as a Manager in BDO’s Toronto Strategy, Value Creation & Analytics practice. Work across office, client-site, and virtual settings.
This Manager role supports BDO’s Financial Advisory Services team. You will help companies improve profitable growth, EBITDA, cash flow, and operational performance through practical, data-driven strategies. Projects span performance improvement, turnaround, business planning, M&A, transformation, analytics, and AI-driven value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research client, industry, and market performance
- Develop strategies, action plans, models, and implementation plans
- Lead project content, hypotheses, analyses, and recommendations
- Support client meetings, interviews, and relationship development
- Coach team members and contribute to practice management
Requirements:
- Undergraduate university degree with outstanding academic credentials
- Four to six years of relevant work experience
- Strategy, financial planning, transformation, or consulting experience
- Strong PowerPoint, financial modeling, analytics, and communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel when necessary
