In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Readiness Director, ensuring smooth project execution and stakeholder management. You will develop tailored closeout programs, monitor progress, and manage risks while collaborating with the design team and subcontractors. Your contributions will enhance transit access in Scarborough and support the greater Toronto area.
Key Responsibilities
• Support all aspects of project delivery and handover
• Develop tailored closeout and handover programs
• Coordinate with clients on project status and risks
• Collaborate with stakeholders for agreements and approvals
• Ensure specifications are met for inventory and trackingRequirements:
• Degree or diploma in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of construction experience
• Familiarity with TTC is a significant asset
• Proficient in Auto CAD and Microsoft Project
• Strong communication and organizational skillsBecome a vital part of the Scarborough Subway Extension team as a Readiness Coordinator.
