Position: Executive Director
Organization: Lake of Bays Heritage Foundation
Location: Muskoka, Ontario.This is a full-time position with flexible, hybrid working arrangements. While some work can be done remotely, the Executive Director will need to spend time in the Lake of Bays region of Muskoka working with the Board, overseeing conservation activities, attending meetings and building relationships with community partners and supporters. We welcome applications from qualified candidates who live within reasonable travelling distance. A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required for travel throughout the region.
About the Lake of Bays Heritage Foundation
Lake of Bays Heritage Foundation (LBHF) is a not-for-profit charitable organization focused on the conservation of the natural heritage in the region of Lake of Bays.
Our area of interest extends from the southwesterly border of Algonquin Park to downstream of Lake of Bays. We currently own and protect 3 nature reserves comprising more than 600 acres of ecologically diverse landscapes and manage 147 acres on behalf of the Ontario Heritage Trust.
