This position involves various operational tasks associated with caisse products and services. Focus areas include processing reports and requests, data management, and liaising with Desjardins components. Your role will support member satisfaction through accurate transactions and follow-up activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and reconcile reports for all caisse sectors
• Input, validate, and manage data in the system
• Liaise with Desjardins components for transactions
• Organize and produce requested operational information
• Handle calls from the AccèsD Contact Centre
Requirements:
• High school diploma in a related field
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of French required
• Ability to adapt and drive results
• Action-oriented with a customer focus
