As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions. You will be responsible for verifying and reconciling invoices, processing payments and maintaining vendor relationships. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, strong excel skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you would be responsible for:
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process with precision and efficiency.
- Develop your Excel skills by working on data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Timely processing of accounts payables invoices to the terms and conditions of the vendor.
- Completing the data entry, auditing, and processing of administrative and freight invoices.
