Position: Sales Manager - Medical Manufacturing

Salary: $90,000-$100,000 base + commission

They are looking for a Sales Manager to take full ownership of sales across Canada and the United States. This is a builder’s role with real authority, direct access to leadership, and a clear mandate to grow revenue.
What you’ll own:
- The sales plan and revenue target across both countries, from winning new customers to expanding existing accounts.
- Your team: set targets, coach through prospecting, negotiation and close, and hold reps accountable to results.
