Simons is seeking part-time Seasonal Customer Service Associates for the Ottawa location. This position focuses on delivering high-quality customer service and supporting in-store merchandising efforts. You'll interact with customers who share a passion for fashion, making every shopping experience memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clientele
• Merchandize products within your designated department
• Assist customers with their shopping needs
• Communicate effectively in English (French is an asset)
• Perform various tasks to maintain store presentation
Requirements:
• Enjoy fashion and engaging with people
• Prior experience in customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
