Why this role matters Demand for Azure infrastructure services is growing across our clients. We’re hiring a hands‑on Practice Lead who will shape our Azure offerings and delivery model. What you’ll do As a Practice Lead , you will: Own the Azure practice direction : shape offerings, go‑to‑market, and repeatable delivery assets (templates, runbooks, accelerators). Enable pre‑sales : scope engagements, contribute to proposals, and help keep a healthy pipeline. Coach & multiply : mentor consultants, uphold delivery standards, and help us scale quality. Core responsibilities include (but are not limited to) Design & build Azure Landing Zones aligned to Microsoft’s Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), with secure, scalable guardrails. Deploy and manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) end‑to‑end (images, FSLogix, scaling, monitoring). Design BCDR : implement backup, disaster recovery, and high‑availability strategies using Azure‑native and partner solutions. Integrate hybrid environments : connect on‑prem networks, identity, and workloads to Azure with a security‑first approach.
