Westland Insurance Group Ltd. is actively hiring a Commercial Insurance Advisor for its Timmins office. As part of a growing team, you'll be expected to develop your insurance industry knowledge while fostering client relations. You'll drive community presence and client trust, leveraging your experience to meet their diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and educate clients on insurance products
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify client needs and provide tailored recommendations
• Deliver superior customer service for client retention
• Utilize knowledge of underwriting principles in client interactions
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of commercial insurance experience
• Insurance broker license Level 2 or in progress
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Strong time management and confidentiality skills
• Willingness to participate in professional development courses
