Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and respond to alerts from the Sophos security stack
• Mentor junior analysts through complex case investigations
• Perform thorough analysis on suspicious activities

• Document investigative findings in the MDR platform
Requirements:
• 3+ years in a SOC or MDR environment
• Proficiency in EDR and network security tools
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux systems
• Experience in threat hunting and incident response
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
