As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed design drawings and specifications. You will utilize Revit to create accurate and precise architectural drawings, prepare construction documents, conduct site visits, assess project progress, and review and analyze blueprints and technical documents. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating project activities with clients, contractors, and consultants, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and providing technical support to other staff members. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience as a Senior Architectural Technologist and proficiency in Revit. 10+ years of local BC Architectural Experience. Strong time management skills are essential to meet project deadlines. Experience in multi-family, Mid-High-Rise, Mixed-use, Commercial construction projects is preferred. Your expertise in drafting, construction, and project management will be crucial in ensuring timely and accurate project delivery. In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000+ , a 37.5-hour work week, 3 days in office hybrid work week after your first 6 months. Additional pay includes bonus pay, depending upon yearly profit. The company also offers shared benefits such as dental care, disability insurance, extended health care, life insurance, and vision care.
