Support Windows desktops, printers, and mobile devices as a Deskside Services Technician in Toronto, Ontario, with on-site and remote users.
NTT DATA seeks a Deskside Services Technician to maintain the organization’s desktop computing environment. The work includes installing, diagnosing, and maintaining equipment, software applications, and mobile devices. You will troubleshoot desktops and notebooks, update tickets, and address end-user issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain desktop equipment, printers, and software
- Troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and deploy desktops and notebooks
- Support on-site users and off-site users remotely
- Identify issues affecting end-user experience and take corrective action
- Update and resolve tickets within service levels
Requirements:
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Solid client service skills
- A+ desktop certification or equivalent skill set
