Role Description Our client is looking for a full-time on-site Dispatcher to join their transportation company located near Hamilton Ontario. The experienced generalized dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling transportation services, communicating with drivers and customers, and ensuring efficient transport operations. Mon-Fri 8-5pm On Site - No option for remote/hybrid workhealth benefits available paid vacation SUCCESS FACTORSArea-savvy: You have an excellent knowledge of the road networks in the region and surrounding areaTechnical skills: You master the Office tools as Word and Excel and your five years plus of experience in a similar position in dispatching makes you an expertTeam oriented: You have a great team spirit and excellent communication skillsResistance to stress: You know how to manage emergencies and establish priorities.
