Lead restaurant operations in Surrey with menu planning, staff supervision, and customer service at Panorama Indian Lounge. Full-time permanent work includes all shifts.
SHIVAA’S FOOD CHAIN LTD., doing business as Panorama Indian Lounge, serves North and South Indian cuisine in Surrey, BC. The Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations, catering orders, budgets, and service standards. This full-time permanent position requires English, senior secondary school completion, and two to three years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan menus with cooks and adjust offerings
- Implement procedures and monitor food, presentation, and service
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff
- Book catering orders and negotiate supplier arrangements
- Develop budgets and analyze financial performance
Requirements:
- Two to three years of experience
- Completion of senior secondary school
- English language proficiency
- Ability to supervise ten to fifteen people
- Availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends
