Knowledge in Investment Banking Projects Able to resolve queries on their own with minimal intervention. (preferably in Market Operations group or prior financial experience would be great). Able to do projects (User access reviews, Audit reviews, IDM reviews, etc) Create metric reports for Incident tickets, KPIs, etc Help in coordinating/Managing DR flips. Supporting Tidal jobs.
