The Project Manager leads, directs, and exercises functional authority over all project aspects, including planning, organizing, budgeting, and reporting. In this integral and highly visible role, they ensure that the goals and objectives of each project are accomplished on schedule and within budget while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The Project Manager must be able to produce high quality output without requiring guidance or review. Support, coordinate and direct multi-disciplined project teams and any sub-contracted trades Be a role model and mentor for Coordinators Risk Management: Identify and assess any potential and/or realized project risks, specific to cost, schedule and quality Analyze data and trends throughout the project execution phase to proactively detect risks, threats and/or opportunities Develop and implement a comprehensive Risk Mitigation Plan through collaboration with Project Team Members, Management and Stakeholders Communicate Risk Mitigation Plan, including status updates, to the Project Team, Management, and Sales & Applications Assist in mitigation efforts, and drive resolution to ensure optimal project performance Customer Management: Act as the lead customer interface and advocate, provide regular and clear communication on project plans, issues, changes, and status Strong client-focused approach, dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences and maximum customer satisfaction Work with the Customer
