As the Residential Property Manager (Licensed), you will oversee the financial and operational performance of a diverse residential portfolio in Vancouver. In this role, you will lead and support on-site teams, implement strategic initiatives, manage budgets, and ensure each property operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of service and compliance. Key responsibilities include preparing and managing annual operating budgets, forecasting, AR/AP, monthly financial reporting, and conducting regular property inspections to ensure compliance and quality control. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to meet financial goals and foster a culture of service excellence and alignment with company values. Working closely with ownership and senior leadership, you’ll contribute to long-term planning, capital projects, and strategic initiatives that enhance property performance and tenant satisfaction. You are a licensed Rental Property Manager with three to five years of experience managing residential assets. A natural leader, you excel at building relationships with tenants, staff, and ownership. You are proficient with property management software such as Yardi or Property Vista and demonstrate clear communication in every interaction.
