Key Responsibilities
– Lead commercial construction projects from start to finish – Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and reporting – Coordinate clients, consultants, site teams, and subcontractors – Support procurement, tendering, and risk management – Build and maintain strong industry relationships within Alberta
Qualifications:
– 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction – Experience with tenant improvements, office, retail, hospitality, institutional, or commercial projects – Strong financial, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills – Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in helping grow a regional operation This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional looking to take on a leadership role with long-term growth potential.
