Who are you?
You are an highly experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience as a Project Manager and are able to lead a small team and continue to grow the PM business.
Job Description
As an Lead Estimator, you will be involved in:
- Preparing Construction Cost Estimate reports at all stages of project design
- Managing estimating and cost planning activities including taking ownership of and presenting the final cost plan/estimate
- Applying Value Management techniques at the outset of a project and where appropriate
