Reporting to the IT management, your main responsibilities will include: * Analyser et documenter les besoins d'affaires et les exigences fonctionnelles. * Modéliser les processus et proposer des améliorations. * Collaborer avec les équipes internes et partenaires pour la conception et l'implantation des solutions. * Préparer et exécuter les scénarios de tests fonctionnels et accompagner les utilisateurs. * Assurer le support applicatif de niveau 3 et la formation des utilisateurs. * Participer à des projets ERP et à l'évolution des systèmes corporatifs (qualité, RH, etc.). We are looking for a collaborative, solution-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. * Formation universitaire en TI, gestion ou domaine connexe (à valider avec le client). * Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en analyse d'affaires TI, incluant des projets ERP. * Bonne connaissance des méthodologies Agile et des outils de gestion (DevOps). * Capacité à travailler en équipe et à interagir avec plusieurs parties prenantes. * Maîtrise du français et bonne connaissance de l'anglais (niveau avancé). * Télétravail majoritaire avec déplacements ponctuels (permis de conduire valide). * Conditions : salaire indicatif 100-110 k$, bonus annuel, avantages sociaux (assurances, vacances).
