">We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Nurse Specialist to join our team at Pine Grove Seniors Community. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide exceptional nursing care to residents, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to a safe and supportive environment.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Nursing Care Delivery: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor residents' health status. ">
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care, educate residents and their families on health management and wellness, and maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. ">
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with facility policies and BC health regulations, promote a culture of safety and quality, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. ">
Requirements:

- Licensure and Certification: Valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration), current CPR / First Aid Certification. ">
- Experience and Skills: Previous experience in long-term care or a related field preferred, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively as part of a team, and a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. ">
- Compensation and Benefits: $32.84 per hour, flexible schedule, on-site parking, and more. ">
