Job Title: Scheduler Department: Scheduling Location: St. Thomas Reports to: Scheduling Manager Position Summary / Goals The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and scheduling all production runs across machine centers to ensure timely and efficient workflow across all departments. This role plays a critical part in maintaining production efficiency, managing lead times, and supporting smooth communication between Customer Service, Sales, Shipping and our board vendors. Essential Functions and Job Skills Set up and control order line-ups on all major and secondary presses. Manage lead times and ensure balance across all major presses. Organize large order shipments in collaboration with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and the Shipping department. Follow up on all committed orders to ensure timely completion and delivery. Schedule and manage “run-withs” and “run-togethers.” Respond promptly to rush order requests and adjust schedules accordingly. Maintain consistent and even lead times across both plant locations. Coordinate movement of order specifications throughout the plant. Act as liaison for scheduling-related communications. Manage incoming materials in coordination with Shipping. Administer internal and supplier NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and follow up on progress with CSRs and Sales Representatives. Follow up with Tencorr regarding re-run material and receipt. Schedule re-runs and ensure accuracy of docket routing changes. Control
