We're looking for a dedicated Handyworker with at least two years of experience in property maintenance, renovation, or handyman services. Your expertise will include troubleshooting common issues, performing repairs, and coordinating with our operations team. You should take pride in quality workmanship while effectively managing your schedule and assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general residential repairs and maintenance work
• Conduct property inspections and preventative maintenance visits
• Replace HVAC filters and install lockboxes
• Repair common household fixtures like faucets and light fixtures
• Document work with photos and digital inspection reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields
• Own vehicle and tools necessary for maintenance tasks
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and reliably
• Basic English proficiency for communication
