As an LPN, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality primary care to patients. Your role will involve performing medical tasks, managing patient follow-ups, and supporting chronic disease programs within the clinic. This position allows you to thrive in a friendly atmosphere while contributing to a positive health culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide injections and medication administration within scope
• Assist with minor procedures and patient examinations
• Perform ECGs and collect specimens as needed
• Conduct wound care and follow-up assessments
• Educate patients on treatments and preventative health
Requirements:
• Active registration with CLPNA in Alberta
• Current CPR certification
• Family medicine or outpatient experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
