What do our Sales and Marketing Managers do?
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and retail sales.
Oversee promotional events, pop-up activations, and in-store marketing campaigns to enhance customer experience.
Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, tracking performance and identifying growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, vendors, and brand representatives.
Conduct product demonstrations and live presentations, engaging customers and boosting sales.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to stay ahead of trends.
Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to refine strategies.
Work closely with internal teams to enhance brand messaging and promotional content.
Train and mentor brand ambassadors and retail staff to ensure consistent brand representation.
Stay informed about retail trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behaviors to optimize marketing efforts.

2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or retail preferred but not required. 
~ A passion for brand promotions, experiential marketing, and customer engagement.
~ A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
~ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with POS.
