FASTSIGNS seeks a motivated Inside Sales Representative/Estimator to strengthen customer connections. This role encompasses communicating with clients through various channels and ensuring satisfaction while addressing signage needs. You'll play a crucial part in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that encourages personal and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service during consultations
• Prepare and deliver accurate estimates for projects
• Manage work orders for timely project completion
• Attend daily meetings to discuss strategies and goals
• Foster strong relationships with clients over time
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen interest in the Sign Industry and sales
• Strong documentation and organizational capabilities
• Ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively
• Experience in customer relations is a plus
