As General Manager, you will inspire Managers and Crew Members while creating a positive culture. You will maintain cleanliness, safety, and security for guests and staff. The position also supports sales, profits, and community participation through local events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire teams and instill pride across restaurant operations
- Manage and lead Managers and Crew Members
- Maintain safe, secure, and sanitary environments
- Uphold McDonald’s renowned cleanliness methodology
- Participate in local community events
Requirements:
- Previous food service or retail management experience appreciated
- Ability to lead by example and remain accountable
- High expectations for personal and team performance
- Confidence assessing situations and solving problems
- Commitment to people and positive workplace culture
