Keep Aramark kitchens ready for service through thorough dishwashing, sanitation, and organized maintenance of essential work areas.
As a General Utility Worker, you will clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils. You will also maintain the dishwashing station and related areas while supporting customer service. Duties may change according to location and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize cookware, glassware, and silverware
- Keep three compartment sinks and dish areas clean
- Ensure equipment remains clean and operational
- Report equipment concerns to management promptly
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company security procedures
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of sanitation procedures
- Ability to follow safety procedures when handling hazardous chemicals
- Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
- Capacity for lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing
- Ability to use required uniforms or personal protective equipment
Use careful dishwashing, sanitation, equipment monitoring, and safety practices to support Aramark guests and kitchen operations.
