As the Manager of Indirect Procurement, you will establish enterprise-wide procurement functions, guiding governance and sourcing processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement procurement centralization strategy
• Support procurement operating model and governance framework
• Lead change management across departments
• Establish category management disciplines across indirect spends
• Drive supplier management best practices for cost efficiency
Requirements:
• 7+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing
• 3+ years managing indirect procurement categories
• Experience in procurement transformation initiatives
• Background in food manufacturing or dairy preferred
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
