Experience in lending is not necessary; instead, we seek motivated individuals with strong communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support to customers throughout the lending process
• Conduct follow-ups on submitted applications
• Make a significant number of outbound calls daily
• Engage in empathetic discussions regarding finances
• Clarify lending products and coverage effectively
Requirements:
• Experience in fast-paced customer-facing roles preferred
• Strong rapport-building interpersonal skills
• Comfort with personal financial discussions
• Organized and effective in managing applications
• Proficient in English communication
