In this senior role, you will oversee the performance of R&D teams comprised of developers, QA professionals, and DBAs. Establish expectations, drive collaborative efforts, and ensure that quality is integrated throughout the project lifecycle. You will assess project statuses, respond to risks promptly, and keep stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead two R&D teams; ensuring clear communication and execution
• Develop actionable plans based on approved project priorities
• Advocate for quality assurance at every phase of delivery
• Provide regular feedback and coaching for team members
• Coordinate closely with different business units for alignment
Requirements:
