This role will oversee and collaborate with the Creative Director and Digital Marketing Director , providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
Position Overview:
The Director of Marketing will be a strategic thought leader, responsible for setting the overall marketing direction for TuxMat. This role focuses on growth marketing, new product launches , and optimizing brand strategy to meet the company’s ambitious expansion goals. You will work closely with senior leadership and department heads to align marketing efforts with business strategy while empowering the Creative and Digital Marketing teams to execute with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Define and lead the comprehensive marketing strategy for TuxMat, ensuring alignment with company growth and product expansion goals.
- Collaborate with the Creative and Digital Marketing Directors to develop and execute cohesive marketing plans that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, focusing on product positioning, market penetration, and customer adoption.
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities , including emerging markets, partnerships, and untapped customer segments.
Growth Marketing & New Product Strategy
- Lead data-driven growth marketing initiatives , optimizing marketing spend for maximum ROI.
- Ensure the marketing strategy supports new product development by identifying market gaps, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.
- Drive omnichannel marketing strategies that integrate digital, traditional, and experiential marketing efforts.
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Oversee the evolution of the TuxMat brand to ensure it remains distinctive and relevant in a competitive market.
- Use customer insights and market research to refine the brand strategy and product positioning.
- Maintain and enhance TuxMat’s premium brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Product Development, Sales, and Operations to ensure marketing efforts align with broader business objectives.
- Provide high-level strategic guidance to the Creative and Digital Marketing Directors, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, contributing to company-wide strategic decisions.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives.
- Leverage analytics and data to provide actionable insights and continuously optimize marketing strategies.
- Regularly report marketing performance and strategic recommendations to the executive team.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior strategic role overseeing multiple marketing functions.
- Proven experience in growth marketing , new product launches , and brand strategy within consumer products, preferably in premium brands.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and customer lifecycle optimization.
- Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable marketing strategies.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leadership.
- Analytical and data-driven, with a deep understanding of performance metrics and marketing ROI.
