Key Responsibilities:
• Observe prisoners and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Maintain a detailed logbook for prisoner activities
• Keep detention cells clean and secure at all times
• Dispense approved medications under supervision
• Conduct searches of cells to maintain security
Requirements:
• Valid First Aid level 1 certification is necessary
• Ability to secure RCMP Reliability Clearance
• Proficiency in English for effective communication
• Basic computer skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure
• Capacity to handle physical demands during shifts
