As part of Fresh Prep's innovative team, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment reliability, performing troubleshooting, and adhering to safety standards. This role demands experience in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, alongside strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Your ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment is key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot facility and equipment issues promptly
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests
• Maintain records using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Requirements:
• High school diploma or vocational training preferred
• Proven experience in facilities or maintenance roles
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Proficiency with relevant tools and safety protocols
• Ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 lbs
