As a ServiceNow Architect, you will leverage over 8 years of IT experience, including 5 years specializing in ServiceNow solutions. This role involves bridging business strategy with technical execution while collaborating with IT leaders and stakeholders. You will ensure platform stability, integrations with systems like AWS and Jira, and adherence to ITIL best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the architectural roadmap for ServiceNow implementations
• Translate complex requirements into scalable technical designs
• Establish coding standards and governance frameworks
• Design integrations with third-party tools and services
• Provide mentorship to ServiceNow developers and analysts
Requirements:
• 8+ years of total IT experience, 5+ in ServiceNow
• Proficient in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP, and IntegrationHub
• ITIL v4 certified, Agile/Scrum experience
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect or Application Developer
