Support customer adoption, commissioning and integration of BAS™ into existing processes Define and track customer success criteria, KPIs, and optimization opportunities Guide clients through troubleshooting and continuous improvement Collaborate with Solution Specialists to help secure facility-wide expansions Gather customer insights to influence product roadmap & analytics improvement Become a subject matter expert in bioprocess performance Degree in Biotechnological engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, Bioengineering or Biochemical engineering, or in a biology-related science with a strong love for maths ~3–5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial bioprocessing environments ~ Strong customer-facing communication skills, empathetic, trusted advisor ~ Curious, data-oriented and comfortable working with analytics and industrial constraints ~ Motivated by working and understanding many different commercial processes, operated in facilities everywhere in America and in Europe ~
