This Sales Associate opportunity places you within one of Canada’s leading luxury destinations. You will represent Monica Vinader as a Brand Ambassador and collaborative Holt Renfrew colleague. The work combines clienteling, commercial focus, product knowledge, engraving, permanent jewellery welding, and aftercare support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture client details and follow up purposefully
- Create surprise-and-delight moments that encourage repeat relationships
- Introduce engraving and welding during selling conversations
- Support client and in-store event delivery
- Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation standards
Requirements:
- Clear communication with Sales Lead and retail colleagues
- Proactive collaboration across the shared selling floor
- Strong time management across appointments and shop tasks
- Adaptability in a partner-store environment
- Commitment to ongoing training and development
Use clienteling, storytelling, and service expertise to represent Monica Vinader across Toronto’s Holt Renfrew selling floor.
