As a site CI champion, you will apply data-driven problem-solving to identify business opportunities and develop effective strategies. Key skills include Lean Six Sigma, operations management, and the use of analytical tools like Power BI. Collaborate with department managers and shop personnel to instill a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the adoption of visual management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and develop improvement strategies for operations
• Lead Daily Visual Management efforts facility-wide
• Analyze production costs and eliminate waste
• Conduct time studies and work simplification
• Champion the implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in related fields
• 5+ years in analytical roles or facility management
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
• Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Proficient in data visualization and process mining tools
