This position offers a unique opportunity based within a top-tier remote camp, featuring a work schedule of 14 days on and 14 days off. You will execute menu designs, ensure food safety, and deliver consistent quality, catering to diverse dietary needs. Join a company that values nurturing talent and enhancing community performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook breakfast for up to 600 clients
• Create and follow menus ensuring food quality
• Wrap and date baked goods as per production schedule
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in kitchen
• Clean and sanitize work areas and kitchen equipment
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ cooking experience in similar environments
• FoodSafe Level I certification required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must pass WHMIS test with 80% or higher
• Prior supervisory experience is an asset
