Demonstrated experience leading projects with autonomy, initiative, and ownership. Minimum 5 years of full-time experience in project management, consulting, leadership, or operations. Strong capability in project planning, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building. Comfortable managing your own schedule, workflow, and outcomes within structured support systems.
