Thyssen Mining is seeking a skilled engineer specializing in project controls. This role involves close collaboration with Project Management and Operations teams to monitor costs, manage schedules, and analyze project performance. You will play a crucial role in minimizing risks and enhancing project outcomes through precise reporting and effective planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, and expenditures
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Analyze costs and financial risks for projects
• Support earned value analysis and reporting
• Prepare daily and weekly project controls reports
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
• Experience in mining or heavy industrial projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to interpret engineering documentation
