This Commercial Insurance Team Lead supports commercial insurance professionals while remaining involved in technical work. You will draw on commercial property and liability knowledge, Applied Epic proficiency, and independent book management experience. The role emphasizes clear direction, sound judgment, and client service.
Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day guidance across the commercial insurance team
Support workload and workflow management priorities
Assist with complex commercial files and client situations
Handle coverage and renewal escalations
Coach development, review files, and provide feedback
Requirements: Level 2 General Insurance License
Five or more years of commercial lines brokerage experience
Strong commercial property and liability knowledge
Experience independently managing a commercial book
Applied Epic, communication, and coaching skills
Bring commercial lines expertise, coaching ability, and technical strength to guide professionals through complex insurance work.
