We are currently hiring a Highly Skilled 5-Axis CNC Machinist to support continued growth at our Mississauga and Burlington, Ontario facilities.

The 5-Axis CNC Machinist will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating advanced multi-axis CNC machines to produce precision components to exact specifications. This role is ideal for an experienced machinist who enjoys working on large, complex parts , tight tolerances, and technically challenging work.

Program, set up, and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines (Mazak, Haas, DMG Mori, Okuma).
Interpret complex blueprints, CAD/CAM files, and engineering drawings .
Use CAM software such as Mastercam and Fusion 360 to develop and optimize programs.
Perform in-process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, and CMM equipment.
Optimize machining processes for cycle time, tool life, and part quality .
Set up and operate CNC VTL machines for large-diameter components (30”+).
Safely operate overhead cranes for large component handling.
Follow all safety, PPE, and quality standards at all times.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve machining challenges.

5+ years of CNC machining experience , including 3+ years of 5-axis machining .
~ Strong knowledge of Fanuc and Siemens controls .
~ Solid understanding of G-code, feeds & speeds, tooling strategies, and GD&T .
~ Experience machining materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, Inconel, and titanium .
~ Skilled with precision measurement and inspection tools .
~ Experience operating overhead cranes .
~ General Machinist Certification or Technical Diploma
CNC programming certification (Mastercam or equivalent)
Knowledge of lean manufacturing / continuous improvement
32.50–$37.50/hr with consistent overtime opportunities
